Phone Support for international Enterprise clients when solving complex technical issues
Continuous customer communication via our ticket system (Salesforce) and in-depth case analysis of technical issues
Posting of problems solved on the online community
Creating and posting of known-error articles
Strong interface function acting between external and internal contacts e.g. customers, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Sales
Active customer management during production breakdowns
Coordinator for Gold and Platinum customers for technical questions
Excellent professional development opportunities
Several years of experience in challenging IT support environment
Sound practical IT background and interdepartmental IT know how
Excellent verbal and in-written communication skills and structure solution approach
Willingness to learn on one’s own our product’s complex software dependencies and a strong hands-on mentality
Fluent German and English and any further language skills such as French advantageous
Knowledge and experience of databases i.e. MS SQL, Oracle, DB2 and operating systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux or mainframe
Advantageous is basic knowledge of ERP systems in particular SAP with script or coding languages and/or Web- and Java based technologies.
The annual salary starts at EUR 50.000 and can be adjusted to align with your personal qualifications and experience.
