Digital Sales Account Owner*

This position is responsible for the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, building pipeline and closing new logo business. The individual will positively impact Sales growth while generating positive business outcomes for our customers. Ultimately, this position owns the respective quota for his/her territory, product and/or account segment covered. This will be accomplished by gaining an understanding of the clients' business and the industry in which they compete, the corresponding IT initiatives, identifying needs which CA can help resolve, developing compelling business value proposals for our solutions and ultimately closing business primarily over the phone. This position is further responsible for developing trusted relationships with senior level decision makers and other key buyers within the assigned accounts.

About the Role:*
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to determine their viability and alignment to the customer's and CA's business objectives.
Support company growth by meeting or exceeding quota goals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Manage, measure and accurately forecast financial outcomes.
Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in proposal development, negotiation and closing.
Develop, maintain and manage business plans to attain financial targets.
Demonstrate understanding of the customer's business and operational processes.
Effectively communicate CA's capabilities to address IT needs that support the customer's business objectives.
Aggressively prospect for new logo business via call and email campaigns into the lead database, list builds, social media contacts, etc.
Marshal the appropriate internal technical and partner resources to demonstrate CA's advantages to the customer.
Occasionally travel into the designated territory to generate pipeline, accelerate sales with prospects and customers, cultivate partner relationships and support regional events.
Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers.
Demonstrate working knowledge and adherence to CA's Code of Ethics and compliance requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency in navigating CA's internal processes and systems, and supporting roles.
Demonstrate advanced time management and planning skills, prioritize efforts, generate short term results and hold a long-term perspective to maximize overall company growth
Demonstrate advanced partnering strategies with CA's internal and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Experience as a business development/sales development/lead qualification representative or inside sales in the high-tech industry.
Prior experience selling software is desirable.
Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to simultaneously manage a large number of leads, contacts, and prospects in a CRM system.
Exceptional verbal communication and objection handling skills required.
Experience with Challenger sales methodology is desired.
Flexible, reliable, results-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience with Salesforce.com is desired.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
Fluency in English - Good knowledge in Spanish
