This position is responsible for positioning and proving CA's products and solutions address clients' and partner's business and IT needs. This is accomplished by having a solid understanding of CA's products and solutions within the assigned product group and a solid knowledge of CA's technology strategies in order to articulate their application to customer's and partner's IT practices.

Are you that rare person with the ability to get technical and engage with prospects? Does the idea of pitching a technical demo and closing a deal give you goosebumps? If so, it’s time you joined our fast-paced Presales team.

We’re looking for hyper-performers, pre-sales reps who can support a patch, tell a persuasive technical story and land the big fish. Join CA Presales

This position must learn to be seen by the customer as bringing tangible value in terms of experience, knowledge and expertise. This is achieved through gaining a combination of broad real-world experience and IT industry-specific certifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:*

  • Act as a Presales Consultant on the CA API portfolio for the Brazilian market

  • Customer demonstrations and presentations

  • Coordinating and managing technical validation events of CA products with our prospects

  • Own Presales technical account managment at prospective customers

  • Actively research and discuss competitive information in the marketplace with the sales team and prospects

  • Participating in conferences, exhibitions when appropriate and requested

  • Support the rest of the Presales team in Latam on API related presales initiatives

  • Develop the CA partners’ ecosystem through knowledge transfer and on demand trainings

  • Actively drive RFx (RFPs, RFIx, RFQs) processes, working on deadlines to deliver the necessary assets

  • Qualifications/Requirements:*

  • Has 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role: sales engineer, consulting, presales.

  • Experience in network architecture and design

  • Experience supporting Sales team from technical perspective

  • Development Background will be a plus.

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineer/ IT/Computer Science or closely related field

  • Have good communication skills;

  • Must be willing to travel for at least 50% of its time
