Across the rich portfolio of industry-standard products in our Agile Operations Product line, we have implemented new technologies that help customers gain end-to-end visibility of their digital supply chain - from mobile to mainframe. We are now charting on a new phase of our product evolution to help customers create a Autonomous data center with AI/ML powered automation. We are currently looking for an individual to drive this this exciting new area as a Director of Product Management.

  • About the Role*

We are looking for a experienced and entrepreneurial product manager who can define and launch a brand new product and make it successful. In this role you will join a world class team to build, update and communicate product line vision, strategy and roadmap for our platform and common services team. You will be engage with teams across the CA R&D organization, finance, and sales organizations. You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct market research, technology assessment and competitive analysis.

  • Size the market, gather and analyze product performance, operational metrics, and win/loss analysis for typically more than one high profile and complex product family.

  • Develop business case, pricing strategy, buy/build partner strategy for typically more than one high profile and complex product family.

  • Write white papers and speak at industry events on topics that span typically more than one high profile and complex product lines.

  • Develop market requirements, road map, user personas, and release milestones for typically more than one high profile and complex product family

The qualified candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. Experience within the DevOps and application monitoring is expected. An ideal background will include:

  • 10 plus years of IT Operations Management experience ·

  • Any prior experience of working with automation products will be a plus

  • Working cross functionally in a large organization

  • Exposure to both data collection and data analysis

  • Open both technical and Business background

  • Strong Customer Facing Experience

  • Agile knowledge
