The Sr Windows Administrator will work in our Internal IT Department supporting Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange. The right candidate will have a strong technical background working with Enterprise Level Organizations and excel in providing exceptional customer service.

- About the Role:*
In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry by:
Providing Office 365 L2 support directly to users
Evaluating and working on overflow requests coming from Service Desk team
Driving efficiency in runbooks, scripts, automation, & processes
Continually identifying opportunities for improvement in resiliency, security, processes, technology, & user experience (UX)
Providing technical support directly to user with a high level of customer service resulting in a high degree of customer satisfaction
Supporting cloud based applications and services such as Azure & AWS
Supporting Google Suite on Desktops & Mobile.
How You’ll Stand Out:*
The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. She/he will have an outstanding track-record and reputation for being focused, driven and detail-oriented.
4+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator/Engineer in a large enterprise environment
4+ years of customer support experience deploying or supporting Microsoft Office 365
A broad knowledge of Office 365 technical architecture, and a deep understanding of the Office 365 Admin Portal
Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities- Comfortable navigating O365 administration at the command line level.
Knowledge of O365, Outlook connectivity issues, Calendaring sync issues (especially with apple devices), Skype, OneDrive, Yammer, AD, ADFS, DNS, MX and SPF Records, Message Trace Tools, Block Lists, SPAM, Email Filtering, and Virus Protection.
Strong understanding of corporate networking (LAN, WAN, MPLS, WIFI, VPN)
Versed in end-to-end security concepts and technology
Proficient and experience in supporting Office 365 suite on desktops & mobile devices in Windows/Mac/Android/iOS
