  • About the Role:*

In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry by:

  • Translating business strategies into business solutions roadmaps

  • Leading the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive enterprise information, technical and solution architecture requirements.

  • Analyzing industry, technology and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the enterprise. Researching current business and IT systems and processes to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.

  • Defining and implementing optimal governance structures, architectural standards, and compliance processes to ensure conformance of all technology projects.

  • How You’ll Stand Out:*

The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. An ideal background will include:

  • 3+years of experience with Enterprise Architecture or Business Analysis, with 5-10 years of relevant expertise across multiple business or technology domains.

  • Experience with business process management or business capability modeling

  • TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF or other industry related certifications, a plus

  • Experience with EA tools such as Mega, Troux or ADOit, a plus

  • Outstanding Communication Skills and Presentation Skills

  • MBA preferred

  • Roles and responsibilities:*

  • Work with business and solutions architects as well as key organizational stakeholders to define a plan for leveraging integrated business architecture as part of the enterprise architecture.

  • Participate in enterprise architecture development, including business architecture, information architecture, application portfolio and technical architecture.

  • Understand and support the Enterprise Architecture process and architecture review process.

  • Be comfortable using architecture tools and techniques, including strategic planning, business model canvas, disruptions and trends, balance scorecard, financial modeling, risks and interdependencies, process models, business capability modeling, ecosystems modeling, customer and user profiling, journey maps, and human-centric design.

  • Understand and support the Enterprise Architecture strategy.

  • Analyze technology industry and market trends to determine the impact on the enterprise.

  • Document business capabilities, processes, and supporting data and technology.

  • Identify, evaluate, specify, document, and communicate standard tools and environments, integration technologies and practices, and component reuse strategies.
