  • Job Overview*

This position is responsible to provide general assistance and support to the enterprise sales team to maintain and grow CA's renewal portfolio. The role is also responsible for SAP quotes related to renewal and mainframe capacity transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities*

  • Acts as a communication lead between sales team and sales finance regarding SAP processes and sales transactions.

  • Provides regular feedback to the SAP team from the field point of view. Makes recommendations for process and configuration changes based on field sales needs.

  • Learns CA products, pricing, paperwork, and policies including historical systems and policies.

  • Maintains and expands assigned sales, product, territory, industry, market and competitive knowledge and skills.

  • Assists Sales & Business Managers and coordinates certain aspects of the sales cycle in assigned renewal transactions.

  • Works with the team to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction within the territory

  • Learns and administers SAP for the field sales organizations; builds quotes through SAP.

  • Develops and maintains selling tools including but not limited to Salesforce, CPQ and CML

  • Contributes to moderately complex aspects of assigned duties (quotes, contract development, etc.).

  • Strong skill set in the following areas: organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, process execution, change management, customer service, relationship building, written and oral communication, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to interact with all levels within an organization and to manage multiple priorities in fast paced and demanding environment.

  • Effective communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with other sales team members.

  • Strong competence with the various SAP procedures.
