  • Duties and Responsibilities:*

We seek an SDET / QA Automation Engineer to join our team and play a role in the development and maintenance of automated tests for our services platform team. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases

  • Automating component level regression test cases

  • Estimating test effort, analyzing and communicating test results

  • Defect tracking

  • Participating in various design and backlog refining discussions

  • Collaborating with other developers and project stakeholders to ensure quality of deliverables and business requirements are met

  • Required Education and Experience:*

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or Engineering

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in software quality assurance testing

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in automated testing

  • Experience with Python or JAVA or other automation tool

  • Experience using Selenium for automated browser based testing

  • Experience working in an Agile Development environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Preferred Experience:*

  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or CSS

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, GitLab, Jenkins and building test automation into CI/CD pipelines

  • Familiarity with Maven and/or Gradle build automation tools

  • Experience with Git version control system

  • Prior experience with Application Security
