As a Sr. Agile Project Manager you will lead the Agile transformation within our Internal IT Department. In this role, you will coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Agile Team members. A strong background in Scrum, Kanban or SAFe along with outstanding communication skills is essential.

In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry by:

  • Leading and collaborating with global, cross-functional project teams to deliver complex solutions

  • Mentoring and motivating team members to succeed

  • Ensuring ongoing delivery of incremental business value while minimizing waste

  • Supporting business partners in the development of processes, procedures, and training

  • Employing servant leadership to embrace and support Agile practices

  • Providing vision and advanced Agile leadership to reach out across the organization and industry to define and leverage advances in Agile processes and practices.

  • Representing CA in the industry and becoming an innovator and thought leader

  • Implementing and advocating for Agile best practices and processes

  • Supporting and contributing to sustainable Agile practices within CA directly through guiding an Agile Program and indirectly through communities of practice.

  • How You’ll Stand Out:*

The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. He/she will have an outstanding track record and reputation for advising senior leaders on strategic initiatives within the IT industry. An ideal background will include:

  • Typically 7 or more years of Project Management experience

  • Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience

  • Exposure to Kanban and/or SAFe

  • Knowledge of CA PPM, CA Agile Central, Microsoft Power BI and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) a plus

  • Clear passion for driving organizational change through cross-team collaboration

  • Self-driven success in leading teams

  • Solid analytical skills and business acumen including developing knowledge of multiple divisions

  • Experience working in a complex environment interacting with multiple stakeholders in different business units

  • Strong communication/presentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
