Sr Business System Analyst is responsible for the definition, design, construction, testing and initial implementation of information security functions to secure CA's intellectual property, trademarks and brands to ensure availability of our systems, networks and applications for internal and external users.

Contribute towards the development of overall cyber security solution architectures and blue prints based on business, technology and security objectives. Resolve security architecture/ design issues across multiple teams and managing dependencies between projects.

The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. An ideal background will include:

  • 5-8 years of experience in salesforce administrator

  • Strong experience in configurations and customizations in SFDC.

  • Expert on custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approvals, Reports and dashboards

  • Extensive experience on working with customers and handling the production support tickets.

  • Understand the sales methodology and lifecycle.

  • Experience on data migration using data loader and Migration toolkit

  • Experience in release management using change sets and ANT scripts

  • Excellent communication,interpersonal skills.Working experience with global team.

  • Experience with Sales Cloud will be a definite plus.

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a business-related field.

  • Lead IT Security Project implementation activities with varying counterparts within IT and the business; seen as a leader and SME in this role

  • Work directly with senior leadership to ensure that all flaws within existing security solutions are remedied to an acceptable level

  • Focus on the successful implementation of security solutions that optimize and improve the environment.

  • Define requirements for the appropriate level of monitoring, logging and alerting in all security solutions hosted internally or externally such that access controls are enforceable and compliant to business requirements and/or regulations

  • Accountable to deliver responses and actions for audit findings reported by internal and external auditing departments

  • Drive forensic investigations and Computer Security Incident Response and report back to senior leadership

  • Provide expert level coaching to junior security staff and act as a role model / mentor

  • Implement and integrate security solutions and processes to address enterprise risks and exposures

  • Define security configuration requirements for existing security solutions (GRC, DLP, Firewalls, Proxies, etc.) and communicate to IT Security leadership

  • Evaluate network architecture and hardware/software configurations for security vulnerabilities and work with Infrastructure Engineering counterparts to ensure complex upgrades can occur to reduce security risks

  • Review security control procedures and recommend changes to senior management

  • Govern over various security solutions including but not limited to, web filtering technologies, proxies and firewalls, Identity Management, Access Control, Authentication and Authorization technologies, etc.

  • As a subject matter expert, correct all flaws within existing security solutions that are reported to you

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned and may assume the responsibilities from other security roles occasional
