_ Role Summary:_
This position is responsible for providing managed services for CA products implemented at customer environment, to perform automation and problem management in stabilizing customer environment, to provide training and consulting sessions on product, to help customer adopt the solution.

The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. An ideal background will include:
_ Technical Requirement:_
Should have knowledge on Installation and configuration of APIM Suite:
- API Gateway
- API Portal
- OTK & MAG
- Live API Creator (Good to have knowledge)
Should have experience development of policies and fragments using Policy Manager.
Must have experience in configuring ESM and Monitoring gateways.
Must have experience with migrating services and policies using GMU and ESM.
Developing custom assertions using java (Need to have basic knowledge on Java).
Must have knowledge on OAuth tool kit and MAG (Mobile Access Gateway).
Must have knowledge on Security concepts (Threat protection, rate limit, authentication and authorization mechanisms).
Good to have knowledge on Docker and Cloud (AWS and AZURE).
Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience with APIM product.
Should be flexible working in shifts.
Should have customer facing consulting experience.
_ Roles and Responsibilities:_
Utilize Services Best Practices to accurately and efficiently implement product of chosen expertise within the client environment remotely.
Learn and understand customer environment and priorities. Verify the product is working as designed.
Provide ongoing support to the customer throughout the duration of the contract.
Confirm and test remote access to customer network, including access to the installed CA software.
Remotely access customer system to verify CA products are adequately configured to perform R&O tasks and to address customer-specific configuration requirements; collect necessary log data as appropriate.
Ensure users and related user rights are configured as required (change privileges, add/delete users)
Verify that backup configuration and restore procedures are defined and tested.
Verify system reporting is functioning as specified (auto reports are setup; reports go out as expected, changes to distribution as needed).
Create scripts to automate routine tasks where appropriate.
Effectively troubleshoot technical product operational issues for product of chosen expertise.
Deploy new functionality remotely.
_ Preferred Education:_
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or business related field.
