CA Veracode is seeking a motivated an enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. The Revenue Operations team supports both marketing and sales functions, covering technology, process, analytics, and enablement. This position works cross-functionally and will help deliver the reporting and analytics projects the organization needs to reach its goals. This position requires organization and strong attention to detail, research and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • About the Role*

In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry. You will responsible to:

  • Build reports and dashboards in tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, Spotfire, PowerBI, Einstein Analytics, and Excel

  • Monitor and analyze metrics on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

  • Communicate and educate marketing and sales data findings to share insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization with the teams

  • Produce standard pipeline, funnel reports, and marketing dashboard on a routine basis to support company’s operational initiatives

  • Help maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management for reporting

  • Proactively identifies and evaluates more efficient ways of responsibilities

  • Works both independently and cross-functionally to identify issues, research probable root causes, recommend, and execute solutions.

  • Energetic, strong work ethic, highly responsive

  • Desired Experience:*

  • 3 or more years of overall business experience, preferably with a software company

  • 1-2 years’ experience of Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool in terms of reporting

  • PowerBI experience a plus

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field
