Our /Marketing Communications Analyst/ is responsible to provide support for portfolio marketing campaigns as it relates to: budget-related management, marketing systems and processes, program analysis, marketing efficiency, effectiveness improvements and related best practices. The role requires responsibility for working across BUs, GEOs, and various marketing functions to ensure consistent strategy, planning, and execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:*

  • Supports the execution of the portfolio marketing plan to drive awareness and consideration of CA’s identified portfolios that integrates with both brand and demand campaigns.

  • Brainstorms campaign audiences, themes and tactics; Documents and tracks campaign architecture.

  • Partners with corporate, BU’s, and demand teams to support execution of campaign tactics to achieve objectives.

  • Has basic understanding of target buyer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape.

  • Supports awareness multi-channel tactics.

  • Brainstorms audience-centric messaging and coordinates with marketing peers on content creation to support campaigns.

  • Builds campaigns and programs in the system, tracks results and measures effectiveness.

  • Posts content; manages translation efforts

/ Skills & Competencies/

  • Typically 2 or more years experience is preferred.

  • Ability to support the execution for multi-dimensional customer engagement programs.

  • Experience with integrated multichannel frameworks, tools, platforms, and processes.

  • Some experience in content development.

  • Deep interest in demand generation, lead nurturing, digital marketing and content marketing.

  • Ability to track metrics that measure the effectiveness of programs.

  • Experience working with agencies.

  • Effective communication skills including the ability to keep cross-functional teams apprised of program status.

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization; able to build cross-functionals relationships across an organization.

  • Process oriented, project management-minded, proven track record to deliver to deadlines.

  • Experience building programs and gathering/analyzing data; Experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot and/or Hubspot

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Design skills nice-to-have

  • Business travel of approximately 10 or less percent yearly is expected for this position.

  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Business (Marketing) preferred.
