  • CA Services Partner Director*

The CA Services Partner Director is responsible for executing the Global Services Partner Strategy and for developing partners that are technically deep and strategic. The role will be responsible for growing the services business, implementing best practices, enabling partners and ensuring sufficient services partner capacity.

  • Key Responsibilities*

  • Execution of Global Services Partner Strategy and optimization of Services Partner Program

  • Collaborate with Services Practice Leadership to define and maintain a global services partner ecosystem based on regional demand and capacity requirements

  • Joint planning with Global Partner Organization (GPO) to ensure program alignment

  • Develop and support partners to ensure growth and investment in CA Services

  • Establish plans to drive incremental services bookings and revenue

  • Partner Enablement – Readiness, Certifications, Knowledge Transfers & Regional Programs

  • Program Manage Partner Center of Excellence build outs & Services Offerings Development

  • Manage Joint Go to Market Partner Activities

  • Ensure newly services enabled product resellers are embedding CA Services as part of their delivery strategy; successful business outcomes for our joint customers

  • Establish partner sell through strategy: AMS, Remote Delivery, Training & Subscription Model (Customer Adoption)

  • Achievement of Services Partner Key Performance Indicator’s: Capacity, Spend and Margin

  • Preferred Education*

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a business related field. Master's degree or global equivalent in a related field is a plus.

  • Work Experience*

Typically 10 or more years experience in the IT industry with 3 or more years in partner management, services sales, business development, program management, alliances and programs in the Information Technology industry. Experience working with and understanding both Channel and Service partners.

  • Skills & Competencies*

Strong leadership, planning, execution, presentation, communication (verbal, written and interpersonal), negotiation and multi-tasking skills--must be able to lead, review and execute multiple strategic projects concurrently. A proactive and entrepreneurial work style and ability to apply breakthrough thinking into a vision for a team to develop and deliver. Proven leadership, organizational, team-building, people development skills as well as attention to detail are critical in this position. Mentor and manage individuals in a positive and constructive manner, contributing to their overall growth. Solid networking skills and has necessary contacts in the industry.

  • Certifications*

Within first 90 days must achieve CA management training as agreed to by your Manager. Complete on line solution training as an introduction to the CA Solutions. Maintain updated training as required annually.
